Please note the following conditions apply to optional All-Inclusive Plan:

• Surcharges apply for specialty foods and beverages that are not included in the All Inclusive package
• For this hotel, the All-inclusive meal plan is not automatically included in your booking. To add it to your package, refine your search by clicking the "All-inclusive" option while booking.
• All-inclusive guests will be required to wear a wristband
• Children on the All-inclusive plan may order from the adult menu or the children's menu.
• Included beverages are order off an All Inclusive menu
• Fig Tree Restaurant is not part of the All Inclusive package except during specialty themed nights such as the Curry & Kebab night, BBQ dinner and floor show
• Speciality coffees & teas are not included as part of the All Inclusive plan, this includes but not limited to; Lattes, Chai beverages, Espresso, Cappuccinos etc.
• Please note specialty All-Inclusive menus are provided for the below a la carte restaurants;

  • Pacifika Kitchen 

Upon arrival at the Front Desk, presentation of a valid passport and credit card is required.

A mandatory credit card authorization or a cash deposit of USD 50.00 per day, per room, is required upon arrival as a security deposit and for billing of any items purchased at our outlets during your stay. For room reservations of 14 days or more, a fixed deposit of USD 700.00 will be required. Upon checkout, if no incidental charges have occurred, your security deposit will be refunded.

Guests will receive the following privileges:

• Kids stay free (0-11 years old)*
• 3 guaranteed à la carte dinners (only in All Inclusive plan)
• Early check-in, late check-out (subject to availability)
